We offer a 30 day return so you can ensure your purchase is perfect. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days to process a refund or exchange. Must be postmarked within 5 business days after contacting us.
The returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation. Due to their personalized nature, the following orders are nonreturnable: items that have been modified, engraved, or resized; items that have previously been exchanged; and custom orders.
HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER:
1. Please contact us via email to process an Return Authorization
2. For all returns or exchanges, please pack your order as received including the packing slip and certificate. Your jewelry pouch is complimentary, please keep it as a token of our appreciation.
3. Please use a shipping courier that provides tracking services. Please double box or double bag similar to how your item was received.
Brilliant Facets is not responsible for lost or damaged items while shipping.
After we received the returned order, please allow approx 7 business day upon receipt of item to inspect and verify the condition of the item. Brilliant Facets will refund the original purchase amount, minus shipping costs. For all credit card refunds, please allow your bank their cycle duration for the credit to appear.
Packages without a Return Authorization will not be accepted for refund and are subject to a restocking fee. Any returns showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. Items with improper packaging or uninsured items will be refused.
